Shipping Policy

Impireacht Chemicals ships small orders right down to 5 and 20 litre units through to IBC's and container loads her in New ZealandNew Zealand and around the Globe.

Our shipping policies and policies in General are being reviewed and will be updated before June 2021.

 

Order and Delivery

 

All orders are subject to stock availability. If we anticipate that your order will not be dispatched immediately we will advise the reason for the delay and the likely date of the delivery. You will then be asked to confirm or cancel the order. We will not be liable for any delays in delivery of goods or services.

 

Weekend or Public Holidays: Orders will be processed on the next working weekday.

Delivery Advice: Most deliveries are dispatched the following working day after receipt of order,  please be aware:

We cannot give precise delivery times as it is dependent on the variable loads that couriers and freight providers have and sometimes weather interruptions can also hold up deliveries. We want to let you know that your order/s will be shipped or trucked or maybe even hand-delivered by one of our sales representatives the following working day after you place your order. 

If you are rural customer, allow some additional time time for delivery for obvious reasons.

Freight and Handling

 

All orders will incur shipping and handling charges as follows:

 

All goods delivered within New Zealand incur a shipping and handling charge which is relevant to your order and location.

All orders relating to the Impireacht Chemicals product range must be paid for in full prior to their release to ensure the promotional money is always available on hand and our supply chain is always paid in full on time every time. By paying now we can keep prices down and everybody wins!

This ensures we can pay out the prize money and pay everyone in the food chain on time every time and ensures our target market consumers get quality MPI approved products.
