Prize Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is Impireacht Chemicals.
3. Eligibility: Employees and immediate family members of the promotor, associated sponsor(s) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. Entry is free. Each unit of cleaning chemical purchased from the promotor shall provide the purchaser with one entry. A unit shall be defined as any 1L, 5L, or 20L container of chemical. Trigger sprayers, pumps, taps, sundry items and 'free stock items' are excluded from eligibility/entry.
5. Dates: The competition will continue until further notice.
6. Prize: The prize shall be $5,000 paid to the winner in cheque or bank transfer form.
7. Winner notification: The winner will be contacted using details provided at point of sale/order. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 working days the Promotor reserves the right to redraw the prize.
8.The Promoter's decision regarding the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Not redeemable: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.
10. Payment of product: All product must be paid for in full either at point of sale or in accordance to our terms of trade in order to be eligible.
11. Information: By entering the competition, winners agree to their names being published and to be photographed and/or interviewed by the Promoter and/or promotional partners may use their names and photographs and/or interviews for publicity purposes.
12. The Promotor reserves the right to change any rules or conditions of the competition at its sole discretion and without notice. .
13. Impireacht shall randomly select one unit from every thousand units 'sold' to be the winning unit. The purchaser of that unit will be the winner.
14. No Liability: The Promoter and its associated agencies & companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.​
